We had a beautiful Thanksgiving morning, perfect for running. The wind kicked up yesterday afternoon so we were lucky to get the race finished beforehand. Marsh was blazing a trail and he should have finished way ahead of me but he was very kind to slow down...get me through the hills...and hold my hand across the finish. Our time was 1:46:50 - a PR for both of us. Now I have the itch to keep going for a full marathon and try to qualify for Boston but I just don't know where I can find the time right now. Maybe next year...but I am really excited to do the ING Half come springtime.
Hopefully the rest of the holiday weekend will be a success...we'll see what happens tomorrow:) Oh and New Moon is 1000 times better than Twilight. We saw it today and I really liked it much better.
Our tree is up - another kudos to Marsh. He decided he wanted a themed tree, no more of our mix/match ornaments. So he brought home lots of "stuff" and when we came back from the movie - WOW. I think he has missed his calling in life. I'll post a picture soon.

Congrats on the run...you and Julie make me want to run a race, but I just don't think that I'm cut out for it.
So proud of you! I told you babies makes you faster :) I'm itching already to train for another marathon, so you'll have to keep me posted on what you decide to do. You would definitely qualify for Boston!
