We did get some additional news; the ultrasound appears to show a couple of cysts on the baby's brain. Now thus far all of the bloodwork and of course the 12 week Ultrasound did not show any elevated risk of chromosome defects and these cysts may be normal. However they are also considers a "soft mark" for possible defects. So I am having another ultrasound next week with a specialist to get a better look. I've shed a few tears this evening as fear got the best of me but I know we are blessed no matter what.
On a funny note, Hadley found herself a bench to sit on. Thank goodness Belue is such a good sport!

Sending you a virtual hug but I really want to call, I'll talk to you today. XOXO
I'll be hoping and praying that all is well with the next ultrasound. "2 Timothy 1:7: For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." Keep us posted. Congrats on another little girl. We'll know by the end of March if we are continuing our tradition, bets are...we are.
Oh yes! Girls are the best (and of course Im not biased AT ALL.)
Congratulations on PINK!
My older sister just went through a similar thing with her pregnancy and after the Amnio, everything came back normal, so maybe that will happen for you, too.
Hugs -
